Discussion:
a.	Weston generated a new version of the user guide ibischk7.1.1 and had sent
it to the email list. Nobody in the meeting had received the message.
Weston sent the message to the attendees of today's meeting during the
meeting. We can review the document by email or in the meeting next week.
b.	Bob Ross BIRD219.1 and BUG227 questions from Atul.
The group discussed and created answers to the questions in Atul's email.
Regarding the AMI_Parameters_In string, it is clearly defined in the
specification. Other parameters such as impulse_matrix might require
actual data in case AMI_Init() checks for a non-empty table. [AR] Randy
will work with Bob to determine the correct data to pass into AMI_Init()
for checking. Atul asked if the root_name parameter should have a length
limit. The group did not find any specified limit in the specification.
Randy and Bob can provide a practical limit for the checker to use. This
presents the possible need for a BIRD to define string length limits of
all the AMI parameter strings. Also, the checker needs to call AMI_Close()
to free memory allocated by AMI_Init().
c.	Pending BUG regarding Platform in AMI – Weston Beal will investigate
further and possibly propose two messages, one for static library, one for
dynamic library. Weston sent an email to Atul to propose the 2-level
checking. We expect a reply from Atul after he returns from vacation.
d.	Continue processing new IBISCHK720 Parser Development Specification
$2000.00 and March 20, 2023 delivery date. We are waiting for Atul to
	confirm and sign the contract.
e.	Quality Specification and checklist power aware discussion (continuation)
    - no action this week.
f. The group reviewed the updated ibischk7.1.1 user guide. We did not notice
any errors in the document. The document is available to the group for
	review throughout this week.

Tabled topics (no discussion without motion):
